How to block new domains

We are receiving a lot of phishing emails which pass SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks but the domains are 2-3 month old so there is no domain reputation score for threat intelligence to know if the domain is good or bad. How should I block all new domains? We use mailprotector for email security.
