How to best scrape my comments then overwrite Reddit account?

Hey, I have some other Reddit accounts I’d like to shut down. However one of them has lots of comments from long ago that I’d kinda like to keep. Anyone have any good recommendations on simple ways to scrape the comments off of it? Then lastly what’s the current best protocol for overwriting and deleting a Reddit account?

Looking for relatively simple recommendations. I have limited technical expertise though not completely incompetent or anything.
