How to avoid correlation of personal and work phones over time?

I have been using an anonymous phone (with anonymous sim) for personal use for few years. Now work requirement demands me to use a work phone and a work sim, both on real identity.

Both the phones will have to be used at home and work locations for long periods of time.

How can one avoid correlation between these 2 phones over the time? Any strategies to at least minimize the possibilities of forming a pattern?
