I'm somewhat new to the cyber security scene, so please excuse my lack of correct terminology!
For my work I do threat analysis on emails, and started wondering how the check mark works, and how easy is it to fake. I'd assume spoofing the sender domain isn't enough to give the check mark - but what would it take? A compromised account? Is this just another marker on …
