How often do cyber criminals get caught?

I tried to figure out how often to cyber criminals get caught but I couldn’t find any good answers through my research. So I’m asking if any of you guess could help me understand. This includes all kinds of cyber crime, sending phishing emails, ddos attacks, etc. I know this is a broad question so I apologize if it doesn’t make much sense. I appreciate any insight on the topic.
