How good is the free education for (ISC)² Certified in Cybersecurity provided by (ISC)²?

So (ISC)² have this 'One Million Certified in Cybersecurity initiative' where they handed out a million free exam vouchers for Certified in Cybersecurity to applicants hoping to get their foot in the cybersecurity door. Along side the exam voucher, they also provide a free self-paced online training course for the exam consisting of 14 hours of content. I just wanted to ask anyone here who has taken that self-paced course about whether or not it covers everything.
