How does one disappear?

I like to be a private person and due to a terrible upbringing am trying to lose communication with a controlling biological parent who’s abusive to me my whole life.

I would like to move and all that jazz but what are the first steps to ensure that all my personal social media and what not is deleted?

I want to change my name too so the abusive controlling person can’t find me nor their family/my relatives
