Does US law enforcement use OSINT like data dumps and etc, to obtain a suspects online passwords and use the credentials to access accounts?
How do they use data dumps/breaches? Is it to collect correlating information.. (eg: IP correlation with Email) or do they use these data bumps to obtain credentials to hack into accounts?
