How do you send and receive things to your phone from your computer securely?

Is there a program that would allow me to securely wirelessly send and receive images, text, files, etc. to my phone and computer quickly?



I am using an OS that apparently gets my post auto-removed if mentioned and have been using Discord to accomplish this, but I don't trust them and want to find a better alternative without needing to plug my phone into my computer.
