How do you manage your time between work, family, hobbies, prodev, etc.

I have a homelab and udemy access through work so I have a handful of courses I want to take. I'm on an incident response team in the military and am looking to get out and move more into security engineering/devsecops so a lot of my udemy courses are more dev focused at the moment (terraform, kubernetes, etc.) and stuff that I can get hands on experience with in my homelab.
