how do you manage you PGP key, password for container ect

In the last year i'm trying to protect more of my data.
Most of them are picture, voice recording, journal document. So too are both important and personnal

I know/used those :

Standard Note
Lastpass
Cryptomator
Veracrypt
PGP Ke (last one i'm Trying to understand how it work).
7zip password compressed file
Bitlocker (ok try this once, already lost the password for now, doesn't seem I backup the key)
