How do you get over the fear of changing jobs

So when I first graduated last year, I landed a super awesome job at a big well known tech company. Except it was the shittiest most toxic work culture EVER, they gave me 0 training and ignored me whenever I asked for help. I quit a month in, then I got lucky and got another offer.
