How do you (do you even) manage identities on the internet and in the meatspace?

Do you use multiple emails, phone numbers, names as much as possible? How do you manage them?

I try to use unique email alias for everything. Phone numbers are limited in number though. I get 3-4 and try to compartmentalize. Fake name wherever possible.
