How do you demonstrate your field experience?

As a former marketer and programmer, you could just pull up a portfolio or GIThub to show the projects you've worked for.

How do you guys do this for cybersecruity? I am drawing blanks coming up with ideas for the "show don't tell" model of cybersecurity tasks.
