How do you deal with all the karma and age requirements of subreddits while keeping your privacy meaning using new accounts to not give away your identity?

It's so troublesome. Not only are all your posts and comments public and listed in your history, but there's several parties that backup all of the posts, comments and edits!
It's so tiresome to have to nuke every account and start from scratch and accumulate karma in bs subs and wait days or months just to get the karma and age requirements of so many subreddits.
How do you do this?
