how do I stop mylife showing up in search results for my name?

So I've previously contacted mylife to remove my info and they have. But when I search my name on duckduckgo, that mylife page is the first result and it shows my birthday and the city I live in. But when it click the link it says the page doesn't exist. And this seems to only happen on duck, because I Google my name and it doesn't show up.
