How do I get fake info posted on these "public info" websites?

Instead of running around trying to get my information off these sites (mostly I have), I want to know where these sites get that information from, so I can interact with putting my name and DoB out there wherever possible, but using fake or PO box addresses just to have that information traded amongst the various sites.
