How do data mining companies know who your relatives are?

So, I am going to change my name for largely personal reasons. Of course, there is also a privacy benefit to doing so.

However, I am concerned that Spokeo and other data mining companies will list my new name as a person who is related to my parents, etc. (Despite opting out of all these data publishing sites, I am still listed as a relative of my parents etc. under my current name.)
