I'm 13, I've already ignorantly given up all of my information and privacy, pretty much.

I can't really switch my iPhone or MacBook.

I don't like how much they already know, I feel trapped. And what's wrong with VPNs? (rule 12)

I wish I could delete all the data. Anyways, how can I prevent tracking on forward? Are there ways I can help delete my previous data?
