How can I get anonymous prepaid SIM card?

I live in Slovakia. The EU makes it basically impossible to get a prepaid SIM card without registration. I want the card just for verification on various websites because I really hate sharing my real phone number. Do you know any company which doesn’t require registration with ID, ships to EU and doesn’t expire your credit or allows receiving SMS even without credit?
