How can I benchmark my email sec?

So I very often audit email systems, when I do I always like to try to send some phishing mails/viruses from a throwaway email to my internal test account to see how well the filtering is done. Is there any tool to benchmark email security by sending a bunch of phishing/spam/virus mails to an email in the domain and then assessing how many get trough?
