Just starting to learn about DNS filtering at the browser and OS level (not able to alter DNS settings on my router, AT&T limitation).

How many people are pairing DNS filtering in front of uBO or similar content blockers and how beneficial is it?

I've looked at DNS filtering from [AdGuard](https://adguard-dns.io/en/public-dns.html), [NextDNS](https://nextdns.io/), and [RethinkDNS](https://rethinkdns.com/) (Mozilla Affiliated).

How should I approach the filter lists I select? For different uses (Windows, iOS, browser DoH)? Does a lot of lists hurt network performance …
