How bad it it to link accounts? (For example, Spotify and Discord).

To clarify, I know that linking Spotify and Discord together isn't great, and Spotify *will* collect the data of Discord bot music to determine your weekly "discovery" feed. However, for some reasons I won't go into the details of, it would be very helpful to be able to link them.
