Hello
I wanted to ask how bad is it to use Instagram for just content viewing like memes and reels? I have few friends from high school on there and 100s of random meme or content (career related) that I follow. I don’t post pictures or anything.

I also use TikTok but for product reviews mainly.

Is this bad? I’m considering deleting the apps but can’t get to delete it?

I was also thinking of deleting these apps and creating …
