How bad is it to stay in one role for a long time if you never want to move in to management?

And I’m good with this. I really enjoy what I’m doing and I have little interest in the management or engineering side of the field. My salary now is more than enough with guaranteed raises every year (ok, nothing in life is guaranteed, but it’s pretty damn likely).
