Honeydet - Honeypot detection tool major changes

In the last couple of weeks since the initial release there's been a significant change to the logic of this tool that I figured would be worth communicating here.

The previous csv signature format has been replaced by multi-step signatures using YAML allow for interaction with medium and high interaction honeypots that require multiple steps in order to determine whether a service is genuine or emulated.
