I want to install a fixed CCTV camera at home which should have these features:

  1. Can view video remotely, through app or ideally through webbrowser
  2. Can record video to SD card or external HDD. Bonus: upload to cloud of my choosing (so not the manufacturer's own cloud)
  3. Does not send my data or videos to China or let the manufacturer use my Internet for botnet purposes

I don't really want to deal with self-hosting or programming my own stuff. Just …
