Home CCTV camera that doesn't do things it shouldn't do?

I want to install a fixed CCTV camera at home which should have these features:
- Can view video remotely, through app or ideally through webbrowser
- Can record video to SD card or external HDD. Bonus: upload to cloud of my choosing (so not the manufacturer's own cloud)
- Does not send my data or videos to China or let the manufacturer use my Internet for botnet purposes
I don't really want to deal with self-hosting or programming my own stuff. Just …
