Hoe to upload download encrypted data to Google drive, mega.nz sites?

Hi. I want to upload my private documents like passport, visas and birth certificate to cloud services like mega and Google drive.

I don't want these services to be able to see what I have uploaded. Is there a way to upload files encrypted ? Like veracrypt containers but I am able to mount them locally and upload download stuff
