Today for the first time we were hit by a list bomb attack. Fortunatly only one user was targeted, but they were hit with over 4000 subscriptions! The user is our main accountant which effectively shut down the department for the day.

I was not familiar with this type of attack, but appears super easy to pull off and completely unpreventable. You don't even have to know how to script; you can pay for access to this service. How TF …
