High school teacher here, looking for any suggestions for labs I could set up on some older PCs where students can actually see and experience what they are doing.

I'm a high school teacher and I am teaching a cyber security course to students in 11th and 12th grade. The course is decent so far, but I'm always trying to look for more "hands on" labs for students to explore. Here are some examples of labs we do:
* Set up a Wordpress site with some security extensions - password complexity, adding captcha for user registration, making backups, adding 2FA for admin login
