Help: people attacking iOS devices in cafe

Hello everyone. I run a cafe and recently run into few instances where we encountered this AppleTV connection request that cripples all the iOS devices within the cafe - it made them completely non functional - the screen freezes and this notification pops up frequently. We can see it’s turning the Bluetooth on and off. It happens even when we turn off the wifi and Bluetooth. It stops when we go on airplane mode. Is this a malicious attack that …
