Help!! Is there a Scanning tool that helps scan the whole Windows Build Image?

Not a traditional question but I have been working on a stretch assignment which is very important for me and I was tasked with finding a single software tool or an approach where we would be able to scan a full windows image including (Windows OS, Windows Files, Windows adjacent components & 3rd party exes). I have slathered google to find something that can help me with this approach but I wasn't fortunate on finding anything.
