Not sure if many of you have run into this but it seems to becoming common place to provide your bank's username and password if you want to make it a payment source for say a credit card or rent payment. Just providing an account and routing number seems to be getting phased out. It's a terrible practice and it's creating terrible habits for any kind of online security.
