Has anyone gone from a Security Architect to being a security analyst/engineer?

I ask as a Security Architect is usually a more senior role compared to an analyst but the job spec is a lot different. Would companies see you as overqualified if you were to apply for Security Analyst/Engineer roles even if you had the skills?
