Handling Office365 Apps on private devices

we as an IT-Consulting company are using Office365. So many employees, me included, have installed for example Teams on their phone. We are currently implementing the Mdm Miradore on company phones to have control, for example if they lose their phone we can remotely wipe it.
So this is not posible on private phones and we can't control, if everyone is using the latest OS or have it secured with a PIN or with Biometric.
