Graduating in Fall, any current professionals offer any insight?

I'll be graduating at the end of the year with my bachelors. I spent most of my life so far working in restaurants/retail management 18-30 so I have no prior professional experience.

The entire program has been full of 8 week online courses, and I'll be honest, I feel like I've learned nothing that would be relevant to what I'd likely be doing on a daily basis. Though I also don't quite know what that would entail either.
