Privacy & Freedom in the Information Age www.reddit.com

Check out the following [link](https://www.cisa.gov/sites/default/files/publications/Assets_Showing_Primer_508c.pdf). This is a primer from the U.S. government on how to help companies keep track of their internet connected devices.

Interestingly, though, it has the following statement about Censys:

> Home network risk identifier (HNRI), allowing employers to anonymously monitor
> staff’s home network infrastructure for vulnerabilities that may pose a risk to
> the company.

So the government is encouraging companies to spy on their employee's home networks. Or is there something I'm missing?
