Google, Youtube and Facebook cookies on other sites

I have disabled all third-party cookies on Brave settings (without any exclusions) and yet I regularly see cookies from Google, Youtube or Facebook on other sites. Are those sites excluded from third party cookies policy for some reason or I'm missing something?

To find those cookies, I go to Developers Tools and open the Application tab.

An example is Reddit. I often find Google cookies on Reddit, although not always.

Any help is appreciated.
