Google trying to track me once a minute, Browser isn't even opened and my Laptop is in standby mode

i noticed this morning that [firebaselogging-pa.googleapis.com](https://firebaselogging-pa.googleapis.com) shows up in my "lockdown blocklog" once a minute. some google api that tries to track me even though my browser isn't open. Even stranger i found that a tracking attempt took place this morning at 6:30 am when i was still sleeping and my laptop was in standby mode.
