Computer Forensics www.reddit.com

So basically, we all know that Google scans everything uploaded on to their platforms (Gmail, Google Drive etc etc) to check for anything illegal (mainly CSAM I'm assuming).

But! Does Google scan local files that are simply viewed in chrome? (Like a local pdf you opened in chrome, a local jpg you opened in chrome, etc).

Interested about Google's forensic analysis powers from a privacy perspective.

Thanks!
