Google Play - App vendor used my personal info from in app profile to reply to a review

I've left a negative review on an the app page of a dash-cam we bought but isn't quite working. I've then went ahead and deleted the app and my in-app account. The vendor replied, publicly, to my comment sharing that my phone doesn't have enough space (disk space i'm assuming).
