Google activity from unplugged pc

Hi, im currently on vacation and i just noticed that there was activity on my unplugged pc a few days ago (ive been gone for almost a month). Ive gone and logged out of that device but im worried about what it could've been.
Does anyone have any idea what this couldve possibly been? (im already planning on removing everything from that google account, this isnt the first time ive had security issues)
