Good voice changer programs for real time communication?

Hello I am looking for a Windows program capable of changing my voice enough so it doesn't stick out as much. The ideal is a program that can mask my voice and be used in multiplayer games and VoIP applications with minimal problems. At this point I'd take anything that can just mask my voice at all decently and I'll deal with the technical headache.
