Good SIEM + SOAR solutions

Hello,

I am a Master's student and my dissertation is about exploring SIEM tools that could be used in my university.

I have researched a couple of them but most websites just seem to try and sell their solution with features like automatic incident response, only for it to be an additional integration that is paid separately.

The solution can either be open-source or paid but I´m assuming that an open-source solution would be more welcome. Also an on-premises solution …
