Good resources to listen/ read to better learn and understand the cyber security world

Hey ya'll, as the title suggest I am currently looking for some podcast or books I can read to better myself and my knowledge with a focus on cyber security engineering. I have a lot of down time at my current job and testing file permissions on the share drive is getting old. Any suggestions are appreciated.
