Good quality network pentesting courses.

I've looked up on YT, but couldn't find a good one. Ofcourse, Heath Adams has some, but are not very good. Most videos on YT are like "Become network hacker in 12 hours" and "Zero to Hero in one video" which are of-course made to lure masses. Is there a course which teaches systematically, step-by-step with structured modules and slowly raises the bar?
