Internet Connection Records or ICRs are now collected by law in the UK following the Investigatory Powers Act of 2016 (also known as the Snooper's Charter). It's your ISP that is responsible for collating and storing these records of your internet activities for the duration of a year. Police and government agencies can look at these records without a warrant.
