Getting in the industry - Changing Careers

so im sure its been beaten to death already. I had a pretty good progression thru my career up untill i had a workplace accident and now i am retraining as i need to change careers.

I have dealt with computers my entire life since i was a kid. Fixing , building , repairing and just all round working with them.
