GeoComply is spyware

Since online-sportsbetting and casinos are allowed in some states, but not in others, sportsbooks/casinos have to make sure you are actually in a legal state. No problem with that, but you are required to install a software called geocomply which installs on your windows machine or phone (if needed)

Now if this software only checked your location it wouldn't be a problem but it also checks for other software on your computer. You'd think it checks for ip altering software …
