So the parts of the bill I am concerned about for those OOTL:

* Clause 106, which as currently phrased will likely require client-side scanning of private communications using E2E encryption, and
* A proposed requirement from the Labour Party for OFCOM to investigate use of (assuming this context of discussion is legitmate for the rules of this subreddit) VPNs, which may possibly lead to commercial use of VPNs being undermined or made illegal.
